Job Description
Our client provides bespoke and tailored services to Family Offices, HNWIs and companies looking for assistance to manage the accounting, legal and administrative life of their investment portfolios. This can include the incorporation and set up of investment structures; the accounting, reporting and/or domiciliation of investment vehicles; compliance requirements, Board of Director mandates etc…
Due to the growth and development of the business, they seek a Luxembourg based professional with a network of Family Offices, HNWIs and small corporates to drive business development. You will have the full support of the parent company and the necessary resources to translate your network into successful business generation.
An existing regional network is essential, as is proven success in generating leads, securing clients, winning business for the company and translating this into significant revenue generation.
Responsibilities will include:
• Develop business opportunities from existing and new client contacts, be responsible for leading revenue generation
• Create and maintain a network of potential business leads - advisors, accountants, lawyers, tax lawyers, bankers
• Drive revenue by creating, managing and implementing business development initiatives and strategies
• Perform market analysis and develop the Group’s sales strategies accordingly
• Conduct business development missions relevant to a particular geographical target market or with respect to a specific customer group
• Create and carry out presentations on products and services, promoting the service and values of the company
• Monitor new legal and fiscal developments, anticipate changes in legislation and turn these into business opportunities
• Manage high profile and complex deals, issues and client relationships
• Attend/participate in relevant industry conferences and seminars
• Develop the brand awareness and convert this into sales opportunities
Candidate Requirements
• Proven measureable success in sales and business development
• A strong network of Family Offices, HNWIs and Intermediaries with a current or potential Luxembourg investment portfolio
• Detailed knowledge of the Luxembourg market and the relevant investment structures suitable for the target client base, including Soparfis, SPVs and SPFs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, fluency in English + ideally French and/or German
• Ability to travel throughout Europe
• Leadership experience, delivering a strategic vision and being a business influencer
• Excellent networking and client relationship management experience
• Ability to translate client requirements into proposals and business opportunities
Our client requires the individual to be based in Luxembourg, with Luxembourg market experience.
There will be expected travel within the region visiting prospect clients, events, conferences and roadshows.
