Role includes:
o Leading and oversight of the review of valuation for a mixed portfolio of alternative investments
o Consider and challenge valuation reports
o Lead technical valuation assistance, provide advice on methodologies, best practice and complex valuation aspects
o Manage and provide leadership to a team of valuation professionals
o Create a positive environment in which colleagues can thrive, encourage knowledge sharing and foster cohesion and a sense of ‘team’.
o Participate and lead transformation projects, develop current market practices, improve controls, enhance the use of AI and technological solutions
o Guide colleagues within fund onboarding teams from a valuation perspective.
