Legal Counsel -Employment Lawyer (6+ years PQE)

GBP 80,000 - 94,000 plus bonus bens STE

We're looking for an employment lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE to join our UK client’s in-house team reporting to the Group Head of Legal. This client is a leader in international financial services, and a great place to work.

This role is based in Southampton, with a minimum of 3 days office based work, and 2 at home. (Part time applicants can be considered).

Expect a busy and stimulating workload as the trusted advisor to the HR team on current and forthcoming legislation and best practice, managing dispute resolution where necessary, taking on project leadership work, draft contracts, policies an dprocedures, and working with lots of autonomy as you’d expect.

You’ll have a combination of law firm and in-house experience in employment law, you’ll be pragmatic, an excellent communicator, and you’ll embrace an international business.
