The company has aclient-focused approach, providing core trust & fiduciary services toprivate clients (HNWIs and family offices), securitization vehicles andsmall-mid corporate clients.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Providing leadership anddirection for the Luxembourg entity, liaising with the Group
- Define and execute strategy,ensuring alignment with group objectives and driving growth
- Lead business developmentinitiatives
- Build and develop strongrelationships with key external stakeholders
- Oversee a complex clientportfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and escalating where required
- · Lead commercial discussions,including fee negotiations and high-level client engagements
- Ensure best-in-class governancestandards are maintained
- Monitor and optimise financialperformance; budgeting, cash flow and revenue collection
