Senior Fund Services Manager
Job Description
Eurolux is pleased to be supporting a growing and high performing company in Luxembourg.
Mission:
You will take the operational lead on a large strategic client plus lead other clients relationships in the portfolio of private equity and infrastructure funds.
Teamwork:
• The role is to work leading a client ‘pod’, where you work with operations colleagues and accounting teams, sitting within a larger real assets department.
• There is significant importance on developing the team, so you will need to demonstrate (on your CV and at interview) your success in leading and building high performing teams. You will enjoy mentoring, coaching and developing a team, including conducting appraisals
Responsibilities:
• Support the team in coordinating and reviewing daily fund operations, company secretarial functions (attending board meetings, ensuring relevant filings and minutes are performed to a high standard), transfer agency tasks and the general lifecycle of the funds.
• Developing a strong understanding of your client portfolio and growing the relationship with high level stakeholders will benefit the business, allow you greater exposure to their business and strategy, plus enable you to consider additional revenue generating business opportunities.
• Liaise with senior internal stakeholders, providing financial and operational reports about the Team.
• Take ownership of the billing and revenue for the client portfolio.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing alternative investment fund portfolios
• Proven successful people management experience
• Experience of managing an important client relationship, being comfortable presenting, challenging back and negotiating with clients
• Good knowledge of AML and KYC regulations for Luxembourg and alternative investment funds
• Particular experience of Private Equity or Infrastructure funds will be an advantage
• Well organised, a team player and computer literate (including Excel) is deemed essential
